STUDENTS FROM THE BATHURST, NEW BRUNSWICK " BHS BASKET BALL TEAM " WENT OUT ON A STORMY TRIP APPROX. 2.5 HOURS AWAY FROM HERE ON GOOD ROADS FOR A GAME. ON THE WAY BACK THE ROADS WERE VERY ICY. APPROX. 10 MINUTES FROM THE HIGH SCHOOL, THE COACH, MR LORD, LOST CONTROL OF THE VAN AND HIT HEAD ON INTO AN ON COMING TRANSPORT!!

THE AMOUNT OF PPL INVOLVED HERE WAS 12 STUDENTS AND COACH AND HIS WIFE , A TEACHER , AND THEIR DAUGHTER.

SEVEN STUDENTS DIED IN THE HEAD ON COLLISION AND MRS LORD . MR LORD SURVIVED AND HIS DAUGHTER IS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH UNKNOWN CONDITION. THE OTHER STUDENT IS IN I.C. U.

LET US HOLD HANDS AND HEARTS AND PRAY FOR THE FAMILYS, FRIENDS etc WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LOVED ONES, FOR THE SCHOOL STUDENTS , THEIR FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES, AND FOR THE INJURED WHO ARE CURRENTLY IN HOSPITAL.

DEAR LORD

WE PRAY TO OUR DEAREST LORD, OUR SAVIOUR TO HEAL THE ACHING AND BEREAVED HEARTS OF THE FOLKS WHO LOST THEIR CHILDREN, FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS IN THIS TRAGIC AUTO ACCIDENT. WE ALSO PRAY FOR THE SCHOOL AND STUDENTS AND TEACHERS. AS WELL FOR THE COMMUNITY OF BATHURST AS A WHOLE. THAT THEIR SORROW BE COMFORTED BY YOUR EVERY ENCOMPASSING LOVE. MAY THE PAIN SUBSIDE UNDER YOUR EVER LOVING GUIDANCE AND CARE. AMEN
