Kana bolted after Serna, catching up to her and placing her hands on the girl’s sides before staying a bit back to follow.
“He! He! He! You caught me!” Serna laughed as she slowed up when Kana grabbed her, however, the girl led her friend to a room which was billowing with hot steam that was so thick neither the Wolfen nor the Human could clearly see what lay inside.
“Here we are, Mistress Kana, the sauna,” Serna took Kana’s hand inside her own and led the Wolfen into the room, “Here is where we can relax while the steam cleans our skin and opens our pores. People like to do this from time to time as a form of rest.”
"Uh-huh," Kana said as she held onto Serna's hand since she couldn't see. It took her a breath or two for her lungs to adjust to the steam.
Serna blindly led both herself and her Mistress over to a set of wooden benches at the far end of the room, “I’m curious, Mistress Kana, back on Gorrius. when you weren’t hunting or being hunted. What did you like to do to relax and unwind?”
The Wolfen took a moment before answering. "Well, when I was growing up, I would run in the forest and learn about the different plants in the area. I would then take my Teachers books and read about their properties and aspects. Sometimes I would go swimming, but that usually depended on the weather. In the winter, I would ask my Teacher to tell me about himself before I'd go to bed. I liked hearing about him living in the wild or with the Others."
Pausing for a moment, Kana's brows crinkled a bit. "He never did tell me were he came from or were he was before the wilds."
