She didn't even look back behind her. The Elementalist kept going until she reached the outskirts of the city. She figured it might be safer outside than inside.
Alyson reached the outside of the city in relative time, though she realized that she should of just made a u-turn back to the rest of the group. Too late now. Now, she wondered when the Force of Evil would show up...
“Where are the others?” came an all too familiar voice of evil from behind Alyson, “I ordered all of you to vacate Fair Weather! Where are your allies, Elementalist?”
She jumped, not expecting Venger to be...be there. Right there behind her.
When Alyson looked around, she spied Venger atop his Night Mare staring down at her with a look of great displeasure upon his countenance.
"All of my party? Funny, that message was directed at me, not them." Alyson shrugged, playing the innocent bystander, "how the heck should I know. What makes you think I will tell you where they are, anyhow?"
Venger raised his hand and clenched his fist. Instantly a dark red magical aura surrounded Alyson and forced her body to become completely stiff as a board with her arms and legs completely spread eagle. The Elementalist felt like a rubber band stretched nearly too far and stood on the verge of breaking.
As the Dark Lord levitated the Elementalist upward until they were eyeball to eyeball, Venger added, "Because if you know what is best for you and your friends, Elementalist, you will tell me."
Venger unclenched his fist and permitted Alyson to unceremoniously drop to the ground, "Now, answer my questions, Elementalist. Where are the rest of your allies? Where did you last see them? Why have not the others vacated Fair Weather?"
