"See, Mistress Kana," Serna beamed from ear to ear, "I told you coming here was a good idea."
Kana smiled at Serna before answering Petunia's questions. "After a discription like that, pain is not a problem. And yes, I would like my feet done too, thank you."
"As you wish, my lady," Petunia finished her job on Kana's hands and turned her attention to the Wolfen's feet. It did not take long for the manicurist to do these as well and before long, Petunia departed for another room, "I'll be right back with the solution, my lady, I shall not be long."
Serna turned to Kana while her manicurist was painting her nails, "I have to admit that I don't get these often. I have seen some nail designs that were so intricate I wondered how they were able to do it. I bet there is nothing like this back on Gorrius, eh Mistress Kana?"
"Not that I know of," the Wolfen thought a moment. "But it was possible. Mostly there where farm areas and forests were I lived. I wasn't allowed into the cities. Which are very different from here."
Petunia returned balancing four bowls containing a hot boiling silvery-grayish viscous liquid within them. Setting each bowl near the Wolfen's feet and hands respectively, the manicurist smiled, "Well, all you have to do Mistress Kana is put your fingers and your toes into each bowl, hold them there for ten minutes and let the solution do its work."
Rubbing her hands in anticipation of what was to come, Petunia added, "Once your done, I will paint your fingernails and toenails as your Servant has requested and then we shall give your new claws a test and--if the solution is working properly--send you on your way. Beyond that, the rest is up to you."
Sighing a bit at the mention of Serna being her servant but not saying a word, Kana put her fingers and toes in each bowl. She found the liquid to be hot, but more on the uncomfortable side instead of burning. She then watched the mancurist doing Serna's hand to take her mind off of her sitting position and the time.
