The elemetalist was more than irritated now. She began to wonder what had happened to the ranger. Who was behind it? She murmured aloud, "I wish Uncle Madeous was here."
"I'm not your Uncle Madeous, love," came a voice off to her right once Alyson returned to the main street of Fair Weather, "But I wouldn't mind having you as my girlfriend for the day."
The elementalist stopped, and turned to face the one who spoke to her, "Of course, you're not my uncle. Nor do you have class or his sense of chivarly about you."
The speaker was a kid who appeared to be no more than eighteen years old accompanied by two others boys of a similar age, "Unless, of course, you're looking for someone. I ask because you look lost--"
Her eyes shifted from the leader to the first companion.
"--And alone--" added the second boy with an evil grin.
And to the last, "Three against one? That's all?"
"--And afraid." concluded the third one as they approached the Elementalist.
"As anyone of whom I've known and or met, I will only say this once. Turn around and walk away," Alyson was already fired up from Shadow Demon's appearance upon which the ranger's disappearance that was replaced by a doppleganger. And to make matters worse her encounter with Venger.
"I don't think so, love," smiled the leader with an evil grin, "You see, whether or not you like it, you're coming with us."
"Yeah, we're throwing a party--" said the second kid.
"--And you are the main attraction," concluded the third one.
However, instead of talking her way out of this bad situation, and giving these three a chance to respond, she blasted the leader sending him flailing backwards into the wall of nearby building. **ZZZAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP!!** The brigand collapsed to the ground, his body jerking violently, and his clothes smoking from Alyson's shocking personallity. The one to the right, she proceeded to nail him in the groin, the knees, and finished him off with a blow to the chest with her staff. And the beneath the other the cobble stone street turned into quick-sand like mud that sucked him down all the way up to his chest. Then it solidified locking him place where upon she knelt down, looking the mortified young man in the face, "hopefully, someone will find you and your companions. Hopefully. If not," her eyes glowed red and her voice deepened, "then the vultures will."
"Ah! You're a Mage! Stay away from me! Stay away!" cried the quicksand-bound brigand.
With that said the elementalist got up, brushed herself off and continued on her present course to find Lord Irzen and the Gamer.
All the three young men could do was groan and cry out in pain as they smarted from the Elementalist's attacks.
