"I'm sure Kana can handle herself."
"--Oh my God!" Irzen snapped his fingers in wide-eyed disbelief, "I just remembered. I sent Tommy after the Doppleganger. At the very least, he should know what he is getting himself into. I'll see if I can catch him before he gets there. Take care and I'll see you in a few, Alyson."
The Dark Elf spirited himself down the stairs, out the door and took off down the street towards the Black Moon Inn.
The elementalist headed back to the gate the group had entered, and passed through unhindered and unnoticed. She found a spot to the left of the gate near the wall to sit down. Before she did that, Alyson sang a little tune into the wind and waited.
On the horizon, a bi-pedal lizard-like creature with flexible arms and hands, sprinted towards her. It was about the size of a horse and twice as long. It was a Swiftwind. A highly intelligent creature who could comunicate via telepathy to the one who had summoned it. Its appearance was deceiving in that it was not a predator but rather a vegetatarian. The whitish-blue scales allowed the creature to literally surf on the wind. It cocked its head, and chirped pleasantly for Alyson to give it an offering. Alyson produced an apple, which the swiftwind graciously gobbled up.
"Guard me, while I sleep. Take me away danger, when I am threatened. Do anything within reason that you feel necessary to protect me and yourself ," Replied the elementalist as she drifted off to sleep, finally.
*As you wish, my lady*

Irzen raced to the Black Moon Inn completely unsure as to what he would discover. Would he run into Tommy or would he run into the fake Willow or would he run into both of them? The Drow knew three things however: He knew that he had to capture the Doppleganger and interrogate him, he knew that he had to discover the identity of their latest enemy and he knew that he had to rescue Willow Bark. Only after dealing with these matters could the Dark Elf see his way clear to dealing with this newest and latest threat Venger posed to their well-being.
Once the Drow Captain arrived at the Black Moon Inn, he discovered the main floor was packed with people. It was almost as if Happy Hour was going on during the middle of the day.
The Swordsman sighed before he joined the throng, "Like trying to find a needle in a haystack."

Alyson slept a seemingly dreamless sleep. Those were the ones where she was really tired. Almost to the point of exhaustion. Not even the atomic bomb going off nearby could wake her when she was in a deep sleep. On the other hand, it left her completely vulnerable and at the mercy of any one person or creature attempting to take advantage of the situation. That was why she summoned the Swift runner. The lizard watched the surroundings like a hawk and often tested the air with its tongue for any signs of danger as it grazed on the course grasses that blanketed the area near the wall.
