Ianto quickly opened the door and assessed the situation as he tried to hide his revulsion at the sight he saw.
"By the beard of Saint David!" were the only words he gasped as he attempted to do what the Lady Knight ordered of him.
She moved slowly away from the door, she needed to bait the creature away if they were going to get the Lieutenant to safety. She grasped the hilt of her sword with both hands and stopped in front of the hole the two creatures has ripped into the room.
The Werewolf rose onto its haunches and followed the Lady Knight away from the fallen Drow all the while snapping, snarling and hissing at its new intended prey. With his Harp at the ready, Ianto moved over to The Lieutenant and kept his eyes on both Heidi and the Werewolf. Upon reaching the Drow Officer, the ex-Bard slipped one arm around Sorn's waist and began to half-drag and half-carry him towards the next room.
"Come on then! Show me what you got!" She yelled at it, waiting for it to charge.
The Werewolf cut loose with one more defiant roar of anger before it sprinted towards the Lady Knight at a full charge with the intention of cutting her down and ripping her to pieces.
Heidi was shaking as she waited until the Werewolf was nearly on top of her before dropping to one knee and thrusting her sword upwards with the intent of skewering something. She was aiming for his chest, his heart.
But her back up plan was the hole in the wall, if she missed, he'd hopefully fall out the building, give herself some time.
Just as Heidi had hoped, the Werewolf did impale itself through its heart on the Lady Knight's blade. However, something unexpected happened, something which Heidi did not account for in her hastily crafted plan. The sheer force of the creature's charge slammed into The Lady Knight and sent both of them through the hole in the wall. While the Werewolf was unfortunate enough to crash into the street below dead as a doornail, the Lady Knight was little better off because her left wrist got caught between two pieces of broken timber.
Heidi yelled in pain as she felt her wrist catch, she didn't know if it was broken, but it hurt.
So The Little One was now precariously dangling twenty feet off the ground by the strength of her wrist. Donned only in a bathtowel with her blood-soaked sword still in hand. And to make matters worse, five Werewolves were in the street below her ready with their maws open to devour The Lady Knight if she fell and, oh yes, it began to rain.
She shivered as she looked down and saw the five vultures waiting for her, and she could see her sword still sticking out the one she had slain. She reached up with her right hand and tried to grab hold of something to steady herself and take the weight off her injuried wrist.
"Help!" She screamed. "Help me! I'm gonna fall!"
Ianto had just finished dragging the unconscious Lieutenant out into the hallway when he heard the Lady Knight's cry for aid. Dashing from the side of the Drow Officer, the Innkeeper raced into the blood-stained bathing room, "Hold on, Heidi, I'm here! I've got you!"
Noticing Heidi's predicament and Tommy's position relative to The Little One, Ianto reached downward and grabbed Heidi's arms about the elbows. Grasping them firmly, Ianto used his legs to dead lift the Corporal from her tenuous postion back onto the solid floor of the bathing room.
"I've got her!" Ianto called down to The Gamer, "Get inside, my friend, and be sure to tell the others to barricade the door and windows. We'll be down directly once we've seen--!"
The high pitch scream of a child could be heard from somewhere behind Ianto as the Innkeeper disappeared from view without another word.

Soon after Ianto abandoned Sor'n in the hallway, the Drow Officer's eyes snapped open which was both good news and bad news for the Dark Elf. It was good news because the Dark Elf began to recover from his injuries far more quickly than it would have taken Heidi to magically heal him. The bad news was that Sor'n began to writhe, twist and turn on the floor as his transformation into a Werewolf took only seconds to complete.
Hissing, snarling and seething as bile dripped from his mouth, the Drow-turned-Werewolf slowly rose to his feet in search of easy prey as he looked up the hallway towards the room where Serna had walked.
Stalking the little girl as though she were a penned sheep, the Werewolf gave only a low growl and hiss as he crept up the hallway to Serna who had her back towards him.
It was pure fortune that Kana's Ex-Servant turned around to discover a jet-black Werewolf with a raised claw ready to slash her throat. And it was also pure fortune that Serna raised her shield in time faster than Sor'n could deliver his blow. In less than a second, the Werewolf attack found his attack deflected by a golden yet transparent magical dome that emanated from the shield. Snarling and hissing in disgust, Sor'n battered the shield with swipe after swipe after swipe. Driving Serna to her knees under the full weight of his blows, the little girl screamed at the top of her lungs!
