Waylon cried out in pain as he rolled around on the ground cursing and spitting up blood and teeth. Once he got himself back into a sitting position, the Slaver yelled, "Is dat tha' best ya' can do, ya' murderin' witch?! Huh? Is dat all? You ain't nothin' but a slut wid a stick and a few magick tricks. Dat's all you are an' dat's all ya' gonna be!"
"Murdering witch?" Quipped the assassin waving at Sally's Mercy's corpse, "A Tactful answer to an aggravating solution. When magic doesn't do the job, a precise and deadly blade wielded in the hands of a skilled person. Consider yourself fortunate, pig! Where you're going with the rest of your inbred family, you'd wish you should of stayed back on your world!"
Waylon's sole response was to spit at Seriah and curse some more.
Alyson just shrugged in agreement with Seriah.
Turning back to The Wolfen with fire in his eyes, Waylon demanded, "Well, Kana, are ya' gonna' do as ya' agreed ta' do an' let ma' family go free or not? I told ya' everythin' I know about dem thar collars. Now do your part. Or do ya' 'ave any honor at all?"
"I promised nothing to you," Kana answered calmly. "All I had said was that it was a possibility. And with the information you have given me, I have found that it will not be possible."
"WHAT?!" roared Waylon like a lion, "We had a deal! Ya' miserable cur! If I ever cum back from where ya' gonna' send me, Imma gonna' skin ya' alive, Kana, I swear it!"
"Sorry about that, Tommy," Kana ignored Waylon and his family at that point. "What do you need me to do?"
”We're all decided?” Tommy asked. “Good. Okay, we need the Mercys there, before the center seal.” He gestured towards where he wanted people as he gave directions. “Then Kana, please stand before that seal to the East. Alyson, if you would, stand before the seal to the South. Irzen, you stand to the West, and I would like Serna at the North. The rest of you please keep watch outside the bounds of the circle.”
"Time to take out the trash," smiled Irzen with a vicious grin as both he and The Lieutenant approached Clem Mercy.
"Ya'll getta away from me! Ya hear!" Clem tried to wiggle away from the two Drow.
"Sorry, Clem, nothing personal but it's time for you to say good-bye!" The Swordsman nodded with a smile.
The Lieutenant drew back a punch and knocked Clem out before he turned to Irzen, "Sorry, sir, but it is personal for me. He desired my mate and threatened to claim her as his wife. I could not let that stand."
"So be it, grab his legs, Lieutenant, I'll grab his arms."
The two Dark Elves picked up Clem Mercy and carried him over to the circle where they unceremoniously dumped him. Irzen subsequently took his place before the seal. Meanwhile, Willow Bark walked over to the unconscious Daisy Mercy, picked her up in a fireman's carry and placed her within the circle as well.
"I'll grab a leg if you grab the other one, Mistress Kana, and we'll both drag him to the circle together," suggested Serna as she cast a conspiratorial grin and wink of the eye over to Waylon Mercy.
"Back off, da' both of ya'. Git away from me! Git away now!" commanded Waylon Mercy with pure desperation in his voice.
"Just make sure he doesn't kick you," Kana agreed with Serna while ignoring Waylon. Then sarcastically, "I don't want to have to take his feet off. Want to give him a 'fighting' chance."
"That's very sporting of you, Mistress Kana. He! He! He!" giggled Kana's Ex-Servant as she grabbed Waylon's left leg who was indeed trying to kick her. Serna tugged on the Slaver's leg and did her part to drag him into the circle, "I've got you now, you mean nasty baddie! You should have left us alone when you had the chance. But now, you're going someplace where we will never, EVER, see you again. Mistress Kana will NEVER be your slave again. And I say good riddance to you and your family." Once Kana and Serna completed their work, Serna proudly walked over to her part of the seal as directed by Tommy.
"Hey guys, don't forget the corpse here too. The Mercy's can bury their dead when ever they get to their destination." The elementalist plugged her nose indicating the stench, "Wouldn't want to add any more stink to the Realm."
Without a word, Willow Bark walked over to Sally Mercy's fallen form, scooped her up into his arms and carried the dead woman over to the circle where he set her among her family members. He once again took his place outside of the circle and waited to see what would happen next.
While all of this was taking place, War Scribe silently stood aside passively recording all that she observed in her giant tome.
