I really don't know. The doctors would say don't pick one up which hurts the effectiveness of their message.
I would say smoking Clove heavily could be worse than smoking cigarettes regularly. Considering the fact that the typical Clove smoker smokes few of them daily, or even weekly, the harm done is small.
Many Clove smokers are not regular cigarette smokers. Are you a cigarette smoker.
