I agree with the assessment of Dillon's art. It was the main reason I stopped buying Hellblazer back when and better art would have gotten me past the writing on Preacher. You do know that art appreciation is subjective, right? There are people who can't stand Kirby, Steranko, Ditko, Heck, and Adams so why not Dillon? I also think his very static art style has been a baffling choice on supposed action books.
