It's issue 28-29-ISH of Deadpool's 1ST series, back in 1998-1999.
Captain America was possessed by an alien world-destroying entity, and Deadpool (wearing the alien armor of the earth's alien saviour Tiamat)beats him, thus saving the earth, and in a twisted way,preventing world peace. The victory ends up screwing with DP's head. It was a very good storyline IMO.
