trading: rare, studio, unreleased outtakes, & live audio, video, pictures, and memorabilia should remain legal as long as the band first: approves, gets the best copy possible, and does not lose money. Trading, by definition, automatically excludes all buying and selling; & should also only be limited to exchanging- especially when it comes to artists that have struggled with finances, the law, or bad luck.
