Sailor Moon RPG for RPG Maker 2000, 2003 or XP

Hi,
Can anyone jump to year 2003 in gameplay RPG Maker, if you don't know how make something, just draw it, I have template of charaset, systems and more to bring to the RPG Maker 2003 or XP, All the RPG Games I see are from Game.exe or RPG Maker, the first lame RPG Maker...Techologies changed. I love Sailor Moon, I'm doing a fanfiction book called, Sailor Moon, Sailor Guardians (the spiritual warriors version of the orginal Sailor Moon.) I plan to work on RPG Maker to make Final Fanasty looking Sailor Moon for the Fanfiction book.
