I so get your drift!!! Iam looking for SE and Related mares but must be broke to ride. Man am I finding a tough time. Most are not broke ever been a broodmare all their life OR they were ridden many years ago and not since. The moment I find something suitable it is snatched up in a 2nd. Are people forgetting the purpose of the HORSE. They were used to RIDE to get people from point A - point B. I believe in my mares having foals every few years, never bred each year and when not foaling they get used. They are my family riding horses as well as show offs and wonderful producers. It is very sad to see this.
