Posted by Lions Den Farm I agree that more should be under saddle and used. Many of these SE's though are under saddle and trail ridden daily--Arabians LTD has pics of TD with a child on his back, M. Byatt has his stallions ridden daily on his farm, and there are many others but those are well known farms with very popular stallions. All my mares and stallions are trained under saddle before being used as broodmares or standing at stud. The boys are much calmer with having a project and the mares are enjoyed by kids and give lessons. The stallions really like to go for trail rides and it helps them mentally very much. Keep looking, there are some very nice boys out there just sitting in small breeders back yards that are trained. They are harder to find but worth the search. Tracy
