I too purchased this product and it didn't work. They would not answer the phone or return my emails. Hopefully you made your purchase with a credit card. I called my credit card company and told them the company was fraudulantly using my card since they promised a refund and still held my money. My credit card company got my money back in 24 hours (VISA card). Try it, most companies will stand by their card holders.
