too much body & facial hair!!

hello all i am hoping someone could please help me! i suffer from excess facial hair and hair around the nipples. I have tried laser treatment but as I have fair skin and fair hair this has not helped at all! I am pretty distressed about this Does anyone know of any hormone tablets/pills/treatment that will get rid of this hair FOR GOOD?!!! Thanks for your help!
