I haven't actually tried this personally, but its supposed to be more effective than laser treatment. Its known as IPL, just do a google search for IPL treatment or something, and you should get all sorts of information about it. A good friend of mine has told me that they've gotten this for their neck (a male friend) to remove the mass of hairs they were growing. He said after three treatments there seems to be no hairs and hasn't been for the past 3 months. Those of course would be thick beard-type hairs, but still might be worth looking into.
