I have very fair skin and dark, relatively coarse hair, and laser hair removal has not worked for me either. I first tried laser hair removal eight years ago under the guidance of a physician, and I still have not achieved satisfactory results for excessive hair growth. I guess I don't really have good news for you, just wanted you to know that laser hair removal isn't the 'miracle' cure everyone makes it out to be. Also, there have been no vigorous studies that has determined long-term affects of the procedure on the skin - my advice is, it is best to keep away from this form of hair removal until better technology, and more thorough information, is available.
I have been living with excessive hair growth on my neck and face since I was around 12 - this hair is dark and rather coarse, and as you can imagine I have endured much ridicule for this. I am now 25, I have been to countless doctors and specialists, tried every treatment in the book, and nothing has worked. I wish you luck, but I also hope you realize that hair on a woman's face and nipples is quite natural; it is nothing to be ashamed about!
