I too paid to receive the system. However, after reading more into this product, I cancelled my order less than 24hrs after purchase. I still have not received my refund and it has been 2 mths. I keep calling their customer service line and they keep telling me that they can not help me but that I have to email customerservice@nevershaveagain.com. I have emailed and emailed and nothing.
Presently, I have contacted my state's attorney general in reference to this matter. They are helping me with the next step to resolving this dilema (although, they are not private attorneys, they do let you know the what and how to do).
My action is currently pending.
