Yes i have the same exact problem, except its not itchy for me. I'd advise you to wear those lycra tights underneath your jeans so that the friction of the cloth won't further irritate ur skin. Since the lycra is tight, there will be very little friction against your skin. Also you can try getting follique at follique.com They claim the product gets rid of razor burns, ingrown hairs, and razor bumps. I have all 3. The problem is that since our hair grows too fast the widened tip of the hair after it is shaved piereces the skin as it is growing back and the skin sees it as a foreign object so it gets red (so that the blood can decontaminate it).
