I know from experience it sucks to be apprehensive about being seen naked or mocked for how you look and it would nice to have all your hair in the places you wanted it to be. But most of these advertisments and methods don't work they're painful and just add more anxiety to your life reaffirming self loathing that doesnt need to be there. Just don't do it, accept it. The human condition is different for some than others.
