Linda, you're not alone. I thought the product was just dysfunctional and returned it under their warranty return service, oh, over six weeks ago. I have written three e-mails to their customer service (as directed by the automated telephone program) and not a single reply. I am on my way to filing a report with the BBB now. What a shame – or should I say sham.
