I would talk to your doctor and have some hormone tests done. I've had problems with facial hair as well but my doctor did some testing and found my testosterone levels were elevated. She put me on a drug called spironolactone which helps regulate hormone levels and decrease testosterone levels. It takes about 6 months to get levels under control but I only have the odd hair that needs plucking now. Good luck.
