I purchased this product for my daughter, and it was ineffective for her. This was not a problem since the product may not work for everyone. However, the problem exists with the company and the difficulty in getting return authorizations and money back. The company is extremely unprofessional, and I would urge anyone else who has had problems returning the product to notify the Somerset County New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and even the New Jersey Attorney General's Office. Although the cost of the item is relatively low, the public should be protected from unknowingly dealing with disreputable companies. Although internet reviews are great, the more consumer agencies who are made aware of problems with this company, the better it will be for the unsuspecting general public. It sounds like a lot of people have lost their money from this company, and perhaps if we make the situation known, and become a general pain in the neck to this company, or call Asa Ahrens and "Hall of Shame" on the local news, we might all get our money back, and get this company to either get its act together or stop selling to the unsuspecting general public.
