One of the worst ever Everton performances, will it always be like this I wonder?
DT is right in a way what can you expect with a back 4 like that... Benfica learned quickly that Gosling was more for turning than Coleman...
They devoured us!
We do not look like we belong in Europe.
My worst fears realised. A nightmare of epic proportions.
The real fear is that we are going to have more of this in coming weeks...
And it is one thing to point to Neville, Jags, Arteta, Heitinga, Baines, Yobo,Pienaar, Osman, all missing..
I think it would have been as bad with Neville, Yobo, and Baines in back 4... I really do!
Everton was seriously ill when Moyes took over. In spite of everything, we remain seriously ill...
We would have done better tonight with schoolboys.
There was little effort, no spirit, little organisation (if any!), no positional sense, piss poor passing, and no BELIEF, you think it is always going to get better but it never does...
I began by saying without having seen the team playing in weeks that we were a paper bag waiting to be burst... The bag is burst this evening.
