I´m still trying to work it out.
It was a lazy, apathetic and naive performance from the team. Our full backs were absolutely battered and got very little support from the wingers. Poor Seamus Coleman, a right footed player, was told to play left back. All this in front of 40000+ people. Him and Gosling were skinned for pace and caught out of position too many times.
Fellaini. Please fcuk off until you´ve grasped the fact that you don´t play at a level anymore were you have the time to do what you want. Many of us are losing patience with you.
Billy. Tackling is part of the game, get used to it and get on with what you do best, taking players on.
As for the rest of the players, they had all given up after 50 mins. Honourable mention to Louis Saha. Never stopped trying.
A big thank you to the cops and stewards for ruining a day in a great stadium. You could have caused a serious incident. Cramming and shoving fans into as small a space as possible and then keeping them locked inside for 45 minutes after the game is not on. There was ony one exit opened for more than 5000 supporters. The cops were itching for a fight but we did our club proud by not rising to it. As for you Ian Ross, your "drunken nobheads" comment makes you look like a nobhead. Most other clubs supporters would have kicked off big style with the numbers we had there and the way we were treated.
As for the game, it was sacrificed as soon as Moyes started complaining about a fixture pile up.One worrying thing though is that there is rumour about a rift between Yobo and Moyes. Anybody shed any light?
Anyway we had a great night on the p1ss last night and had a good bit of banter in town. Despite the result and behaviour of the Authorities, it was a good day out.
