we at least looked up for it .... draw probably just about ok given our lack of confidence. The defence looks very shaky, what was Distin doing hiding behind Howard when Carew had a tap in .... as I suspected when we signed him, Mr Distin is not the bravest and goes missing (leaving Fellaini to mark Carew at corners is not good enough).
Heitinga really loves to hit passes, he did well and looks up for it every time a chance to tackle came along - MOM.

Cahill is LOST out right
Yobo only proved how useless he is at positioning himself and heading a ball, if if were not for his pace he would be totally fcukin useless.
Fellainin did well and is far better suited up the pitch.
Rodwell close second to Heitinga for MOM, he just oozes class and makes everything look easy.
Billy scored, overhit crosses and passes and looks a bit lost at times but thats only to be expected as settles in - studs up was enough for red but a bit harsh as Petrov made the most of it.
Good to have Baines back, balance restored.
All in all, reasonable result given our form and certainly heads should be up for thursday
