Things not looking good, DM is facing a very difficult task as the fire seems to be gone out of his team and he needs a spark from somewhere.
As you say ..... 3 players 50 million, wonder how much the Benfica team cost and how much wages they are on?
BUT they are not world beaters. They had pace (not rated at goodison), they kept their shape with players breaking right and left as we just chased the ball like fcuking schoolkids .... a team of Voronin's would have been made look like world beaters against us tonight.
Did you see Yobo for the first goal, ambling over ... prancing around , dropping back and allowing the attacker the right of way ffs and then he goes and makes the assist for their second 
Distin is a total coward for such a big man, Howards very first save was as a result of Distin chickening out. Sadly there was far too many underperformers out there tonight.
Tough times, but to my mind we should not be so bad given our players ..... hence I think there is something else amiss behind the scenes.
