Everything that went in and out was dealt with by the port, from the insurance, banking and the shipping agents themselves. It is what can be done with them for our future. I have been to Amsterdam, Venice and Hamburg and it is abundantly clear we must learn from these people, as apart from the Albert Dock the rest of them are dead. They build right up to the water, while at the docks the new buildings were way off with roads in front.
