Peel Holdings said they will announce the Central Docks plan in few weeks. I can't see the Wirral Waters plan being built anywhere near to the extent of the initial plan, although I hopem It will. Will the Liverpool plan meet expectations in design and will all of it get built? Will it meet the World Heritage guidelines?
