:dave the last thing the residents of the dockland apartments would agree to have on the docks or anywhere near to themselves is a football club.
as for everton being THE PEOPLE,S CLUB did you not see mr kenwright and his lady friend on who wants to be a millioniare, i think he said several times MY CLUB when he was referring to everton.
he seems to have forgotten the sound bite that was THE PEOPLE,S CLUB.
sorry i dont do football so can not debate the game.
