That's one of the interesting elements of matchmaking: taking into account the actual status and impression of the lady in question. If it were just a matter of matching up bodies on a physical basis, I imagine the whole pattern of events from the FCBA's inception would be very different. Celebrity doesn't have any impact once the girls are in the ring, but GETTING to the ring often involves some calculation of relative status. Not always of course - lots of fights get made because of measurements and hair colour alone - but the celebrity dimension tends to enrich the overall experience when it's used well.
