I've written to the Boardhost support team and management to see what can be done. In all the discussions I've had with individuals associated with the board, it seems that no replacement was made as far as administrative approval and I'm seeing what can be done about it. Thus far, no response but it is the Holidays, so I'm hopeful of hearing something soon.
