I don't know. The way things have evolved is Kate fights smaller than Jessica, though they're probably pretty close, or could make weight close enough. FAct is though, over the years, perception has shaped Kate as a bantam, and Jess as a dynamic light. Doesn't mean it couldn't happen (as both are managed) but it doesn't seem as competitive in an FCBA context as it otherwise might have.
