Ashley Tisdale knocked on the door of Elisha Cuthbert's room and was greeted with a distant “Come in.”. Ashley Tisdale walked in to see Elisha Cuthbert curled up on a recliner, staring at a television screen that she couldn't tell what was on in from the distance. The voice, however, sounded familiar and as she came closer, her suspicions were confirmed. It was Olivia Munn.
Hearing Ashley enter, Elisha turned around and hit pause on the DVD playing in front of her as it paused right in the middle of whatever Munn was saying. Ashley sat down on the couch opposite Elisha as she said, “And just exactly what are you watching?”
“Maybe it's an old episode of Attack of the Show...” Elisha said, “Nothing important.”
“Elisha” Ashley chided with a laugh, “First of all, you could care less about Attack of the Show and nor would you go through the trouble of digging up an episode that has Olivia Munn in it. You couldn't even watch the Daily Show when Munn was a guest correspondent. Remember? You left the room.”
“I probably just needed a drink.” Elisha said with an eye roll.
“What about the episode of Chuck that Olivia guest starred in?” Ashley said with a impish grin on her face, “You claimed you had a phone call right about the time she appeared on the screen. Nobody heard your phone ring.”
“It was on vibrate of course.” Elisha said coolly in response.
“I bet it was...” Ashley smiled, “I could mention a similar incident during Iron Man 2, but I won't. What I want though, is to know, what it is you are watching.”
“You're pretty nosy tonight..” Elisha said, sticking out her tongue, “It's a video that she sent me after my loss to, you know...”
“Rachel...” Ashley said firmly, “We're not going to treat her like Voldermort, no matter how evil she may seem sometimes.”
“Yes, Rachel....” Elisha said with a wry little smile,”I'm not scared of her one bit, I'll have you know. But, she says she made it after my JMD loss to Lacey Chabert.”
“And I assume that she's not making this to cheer you up or encourage you?” Ashley says, “No well-wishes from Olivia?”
“Of course not..” Elisha said, “I sent her one like this after I beat her at the start of the year. Not quite like this, but I did let her know to keep her mouth shut. I couldn't stand it. In every end of the year interview she participated in, she made sure to mention how I didn't deserve fighter of the year honors because I was ducking her. As if I would ever duck her and when we did get in the ring, who won? Huh?”
“You did...” Ashley laughed, “We all know that. So, is this just a video to rub it in or what exactly?”
“Olivia is just being lame as usual..” Elisha answered with a dismissive wave of her hand, “She wanted a chance at the JMD title after I told her, following our last match, that I made her tits quit. Which I did, by the way!”
Ashley nodded, “I've definitely seen the tape. There's no question about it. You absolutely did.”
“Thanks!” Elisha beamed at Ashley.
“But...” Ashley said, arching up an eyebrow, “I can see where Olivia Munn wouldn't take that very well, especially after “somebody” remixed your post-interview quotes and put them together on YouTube.”
Elisha gave a little shrug, winking, “Who knows? I'm glad that one of my fans noticed that and took the time to share them with the world.”
“And so this video is what exactly?” Ashley said, leaning forward, “You totally keep avoiding the question.”
“It's a challenge from Olivia...” Elisha responded, “She wants me in a Jugs of Mass Destruction match so she can try to make my tits quit. In her words.”
Ashley leaned back for a moment, not saying a word as she looked at the video screen, which did have Olivia displaying her cleavage and then back over at Elisha.
“Elisha, I do think your jugs can stop her jugs. No question.” Ashley stated, “But, honestly, do you think now is the best time?”
“And just what do you mean by that?” Elisha queried.
“You've just suffered back to back losses for the first time in a year or more. You've lost to two of your most hated rivals and in pretty hard fashion. We all know you couldn't go undefeated forever, but we never would've wanted you to lose like that. You're in an angry and dangerous frame of mind. Going up against Olivia Munn in a prideful contest like this right now, I just don't know about it.” Ashley said, looking intently over at Cuthbert.
Elisha said with a little smirk, “Minka stopped by earlier and said something similar.”
“Minka said that?” Ashley said with a little gasp of surprise, “One of your least favorite people of all time stated it was a bad idea and you're still going through with it?”
“That was before she stated that she thought Olivia's chest was better than mine and that she would make my tits quit!” Elisha huffed indignantly, “Which isn't true at all!”
“Well, don't listen to Minka or Livy..” Ashley said, “Listen to me. Olivia Munn is opportunistic. That's who she is and what she does. I've met her, she's nice, but when it comes to the FCBA, she is just plain and simple looking out for an opportunity that she can exploit. Right now, I'd take a break before going back after Munn. Let her run her mouth and when the time is right, make her tits quit again.”
“That's probably what I should do...” Elisha mused.
“But it isn't what you're going to do...” Ashley said with a little shake of her head, “Is it?”
“I've already written her up an e-mail to accept it...” Elisha said, “But I haven't hit send yet.”
“You will though...” Ashley said with a giggle, “I know you, Lishy. You're going to take it on, but my advice is, don't. The rewards will be great, but so is the risk. Just hold off for a little while, Lishy and then beat her on YOUR terms, not hers.”
“My last win was over Olivia...” Elisha said with a smirk, “It only makes sense that my new winning streak should start off with Livy too. Smothering her and her little trash-talking ambitions out would be the best.”
“I'll be there for you either way...” Ashley stated, “You've been there for me since the start of my career and I'll always be there for you too. Call me later and we can go grab something to eat, alright?”
“Sounds great to me...” Elisha stated, turning her attention back to her laptop and the video as Ashley just smiled, heading out of the room to let Elisha make her decision on the JMD challenge. Ashley reflected, however, that she was pretty sure Elisha had already made the decision in her heart and mind. And in the frame of mind Elisha was in, she wouldn't want to be Olivia Munn right now.
