I have DSL but I can use my modem to receive faxes as well (DSL lets me be on the phone and internet at the same time). I believe I have that WinFax that Paul mentioned.
I'll try that one first, if it fails then I will look into that Maxemail.
Is it a pretty normal practice from lenders/title/agencies to fax, instead of e-mail or download loan docs?
What is the percentage?
