Notary and Signing Agent Beware.
How unethical is it for a notary to subcontract a signing and then do not pay. The loan closed. I did 140 worth of notarization for a measly 100.00, and now he will not pay. I called numerous times, and his responses is : And "You are calling me at 8:30 in the morning on a Sunday and you want to be paid". Another good response is " I am having dinner" to which I reply, " Having dinner on my money" And that Notary is Keith Howard, Notary in my Back Yard . Check him out Notaries and Signing Services.
