Posted by notary in florida I have read a few posts regarding an assignment of mortgage, and I contacted the title co to make sure I needed to get two witnesses for this. She told me that I did, but now I see that if it's a refi signing, I don't need to obtain witnesses nor signatures! I'm sooo confused! Can you please help? Thanks a bunch!
