Last night (2/20) Sylvia was taken to the Wuesthoff hospital with severe stomach pains and cramps. She was diagnosed with diverticulitis and an emergency operation was performed. She is resting comfortably (as well as can be expected) in ICU and will remain there at least for a couple of days. It is anticipated that she will be moved to a regular room on Thursday.
