Hi Has anyone ever encountered this. We have been working for a Title Company and then all of a sudden we have not been getting paid for various loans. One in paticular was a first and second and each package was well over 200 hundred pages. When called the company they said they had no paperwork for these loans. I have the copy of HUD and the UPS tracking that confirmed they received it. This has been in December since then they owe us for more loans and was rude to my Mother who is the owner of the Company and basically told her that she can't pay for things that she has no paperwork for and that they don't pay us for trip charges if the loan does not sign. (Which they have since we have closed for them) Any advice would be helpful. We did write letters to the Title Company, Her manager and the Corporate Office with no responses. The Manager of the company was supposed to call us back when he investigated it that has been since July of this year. Thanks Sherry
