Yes, it takes a while to get started.
I think your main problem is going to be that according to the state website you have only been a notary since August.
Most areas of Florida are saturated with signing agents and a lot of them have had years of experience.
Don't look on this as a main source of support.
I am not trying to sound discouraging but I would hate to tell you that you can make a living doing signings at this period in time, when the NNA has flooded the market with signing agents.
Go to some of the notary listings and do a search on signing agents in your area to get a real idea of your competition.
