The embosser may be used in conjunction with the stamp. COMMISSION - The certificate that designates you as a Notary Public. The COMMISSION must have six elements to be official:

Just some clarification on terms FOR FLORIDA:
- Your name
- Your Notary ID (which never changes)
- Your Commission Number (which changes upon renewal)
- Term of commission (from - to dates)
- Governor's Signature
- Sec'y of State's Signature
