I did, however, receive the check in three business days, paying the agreed to fees, but not the late fee. I'm satisfied, but why should a person have to go such great lengths to get compensated for services provided.

I spoke to title co. the day I posted my message here and asked that they contact USS on my behalf. Two days later, I left a message on USS's voicemail (they were not picking up or returning my calls) that if I didn't hear from them by the end of the day, I'd take that to mean they would not mind if I started filing complaints with the BBB, SOS and any another relavent agency I could think of.
