Which area of Florida are you in? You need to really study the Governor's manual for notaries and do some regular notary work to familiarize yourself with the different notary acts. Sign up with as many signing services as you can. But be aware that the better ones now want a minimum of 2 years experience, mainly because of the errors being made by the inexperienced signing agents. But you do need to get signed up with as many signing services as you can - most say you need to sign up with about 200. (But be careful of signing up with ones that have a reputation of not paying the notaries - check out the various notary message boards and pay attention to the posts with fedback on different companies.) What part of Florida are you in? How did you get interested in this line of work?

When you completed the course, were you not given any help in getting started?
