Robin, The National Notary Association has a website www.nationalnotaryassociation.com where many signing agents choose to register and to become "Notary Signing Agents", which is the NNAs certification test/program. Membership entitles you to telephone support for notary questions, but it closes at 5:00 pm, as I found out to my chagrin on Thursday last during a signing. You might want to see if someone in your county is willing to allow you to do a 'ride along' on a loan signing in order to at least see one before you start doing them. Good luck!
