I agree with Sylvia that 123's test is a joke. I missed one question on it, but I think Jeremy's answer is wrong. Question was "There is always a Deed in a signing package. True or False?" I put False because many states have Mortgages instead of a Deed of Trust. I like the SR Registry's test much better, and I think it is much more in depth than any other I've taken. There are essay questions which require thought and are real-world situations that notaries see regularly.
