Had a call from Andrews Singing Inc. out of Port St Lucie, FL. I took the assignment and when the borrower wanted to postpone the appointment, I was asked if I would date the docs for the original meeting date. When I said I'd be dating them the day of the signing, they said they'd get back to me. I got a call back saying they would be redrawing the docs for next week, but still concerned about their rep for paying. Has anyone done business with them?
