So I have a question for my fellow notaries I need opinions as well.
I am currently being sued (well my E&O is) for are you ready for this. I wrote the date in for the borrower in a different shade of blue pen and the borrower wrote the wrong date on another document and changed it and initialed it. I was told by this "company" that the loan is rejected because of these errors, and that my neglegence cost them over $800. Have you ever heard anything so crazy before. OK please stop laughing. No really.
