It is slow. Hopefully it will pick up.
I am getting quite a few borrowers coming to me to have their loan modification docs notarized.
Lenders appear to be sending a lot of those directly to the borrower to find their own notary.
I am also doing a lot of regular notary work. That hasn't slowed down for me.
